PREMIER SPORTS COLLEGE REFUND POLICY
1. REFUND POLICY FOR COURSES, MODULES, SEMINARS OR WORKSHOPS
1.1 Premier Sports College products are chiefly sport and fitness related courses.
1.2 Courses, module courses, seminars and workshops will be held or begin on the date(s) specified. Cancellations will be clearly displayed on our website and all purchasers should revisit the site to ensure that their course, seminar or workshop is going ahead.
1.3 All those who have paid in advance will be notified by email of any cancellation.
1.4 A course module refers to an on-line course of study which takes a specified time to complete.
1.5 A course is a stand alone course of study which may take between a number of weeks and a number of years.
1.6 Seminars and workshops are one or two day coaching courses.
2. CANCELLATION OF COURSES, SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS BY THE COLLEGE:
2.1 Where a course, a course module, seminar or workshop (product) is cancelled by the College a full refund will be made to the client.
2.2 Where a client is unable to start an on-line course or module, a full refund will be made, subject to the College Terms and Conditions (Please see College Terms and Conditions, Item 10).
2.3 Where a client is unable to start a seminar or workshop a full refund will be made if the client notifies the College via email (email@example.com) and cancels their attendance 7 days before the start of the seminar or workshop. However if a client is unable to attend the seminar or workshop and does not give the required cancellation notice then they will be entitled to attend the next scheduled seminar or workshop on that topic but will not be entitled to any refund.
3. COLLEGE ON-LINE COURSE:
Where a client begins a course, a refund will only be made in the case of a course/module of a course which lasts longer than four weeks and if the student withdraws from the course before accessing Topic 2 of the any particular course or module.
4. COLLEGE ONE-DAY OR TWO-DAY SEMINAR OR WORKSHOP:
4.1 Where a client begins a seminar or workshop no refund will be made in the case of the client failing to complete the seminar or workshop. However if the client informs the College (firstname.lastname@example.org) of their inability to complete that particular seminar or workshop the College reserves the right to accommodate the client at a future seminar or workshop on that particular topic free of charge.
