This is an excellent short course intended to clarify the importance of a good warm-up for sport and exercise while eliminating myths and misconceptions that have gathered momentum in recent years.

The course consits of 7 excellent topics which presents simply yet effectively the theory and practice of the warm-up for both training and competition for sport as well as for exercising and physical fitness development.

  • Warming-up at Half-time

The final topic is an assessment topic which is optional and only applies to those coaches/mentors who wish to be awarded the course certificate.
