This is a free course for all students and visitors to the College Website and for all those involved in sport or exercise. Many coaches have had to deal with injured athletes and player suffering from hamstring strains or pulls.
This course examines the whole interesting area of the hamstring muscles – the muscles which make up the group, how they work and how they help an athlete/player function in terms of movement at speed. It examines important issues such as how we can stretch or strengthen the hamstring to avoid injury and loss of training.
Premier Sports College invites you to sign up for the course and experience the value of the on-line learning experience.
Each student is enrolled for 60 days in which time they are expected to have completed the course/module.
