Premier Sports College delivers an excellent International Diploma in Strength and Conditioning. This exciting course differs in many ways from the norm in that during the course various topics are treated in a sports specific manner.  For example in some modules one can click on a topic with specific content for one’s one sport. Initially the optional topics are for Soccer, Gaelic football, Hurling, Hockey and Rugby but within a few months options for Basketball, Volleyball, Squash, Tennis, Badminton, Netball, Cricket among other sports. Premier Sports College is offering a wonderfully exciting course in the little known area of athlete/player functional enhancement and development. The course outlines how coaches can learn the reasons why athletes or players are not good at various aspects of physical fitness expression. Strength and Conditioning Diploma Course – Start-up

Premier Sports College will be enrolling students for the Diploma in Strength and Conditioning Course from now until the first Monday in May (May 6th, 2013) when the course will start. Students should enrol before Saturday May 4th for the first intake group for this course. The sooner one registers the sooner we can send participants enrolment details – username, password and access instructions and have them ready for the start of the course/first module.

Diploma in Strength and Conditioning

We have begun by providing coaches, managers, teachers and parents with 2 courses/modules from out Strength and Conditioning range of courses. In total we will have 7 course/modules. the other courses/modules will be added over the next few weeks. While each course is a stand-alone certificate course, those who would like to achieve a Diploma in Strength and Conditioning will be expected to complete all 7 courses successfully including the free course – The Theory and Practice of warm-up.
